Jomsom Muktinath Tour
Jomsom Muktinath Tour is one of the best tour package in the Annapurna and Mustang regions of Nepal. In this 11 days trek, you will get chance to explore the Himalayas from the front and backside. The Jomsom muktinath treks trail follows ancient salt trading and pilgrimage route to Jomsom and Muktinath. The tour begins in Kathmandu with the tour of some most visiting sites. Next, you will fly/drive to Pokhara. We fly through the beautiful Annapurna region and have a spectacular Himalayan views including Mt. Dhaulagiri 8167m, Mt. Annapurna I 8091m, Mt.Nilgiri 7040m, Mt. Annapurna south 7219m, Mt. Annapurna II 7937m, Annapurna III 7555m, Mt. Annapurna IV 7525m, Mt. Hiunchuli 6441m, Mt. Fishtail, Lamjung Himal 6586m and many other mountains. The diverse Nepalese landscape as well as diverse culture will help you know more about our country Nepal. After Annapurna region, we will descend to Mustang region where we also fly on trails along the Kali Gandaki gorge which is the deepest gorge on the planet. Our final destination is visiting Muktinath Temple which is an important place of pilgrimage for Hindus and Buddhists. Then we will take a drive/flight to Pokhara and next day to Kathmandu.

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
Arrive at the airport and transfer to a hotel. Stay overnight and prepare for the trek.

Day 2
|
Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara
After having breakfast, we will fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara which will take you about 30 minutes flight, Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 3
|
Fly to Jomsom and trek to Kagbeni (2,850 m / 3 hrs)
Today we will take a 18 minutes flight from Pokhara to Jomsom is the best mountain flight as it passes through the world's deepest gorge wedged between Annapurna I (8,091 m) and Dhaulagiri I (8,167m). Jomsom is a small town on the base of Nilgiri Himal. We will mostly follow the river bed of Kali Gandaki to Kagbeni. Visit old Kagbeni with 500 years old monastery.

Day 4

Trek to Muktinath (3,750 m / 5 hrs) | Explore the temple and monasteries
The trail climbs steeply above Kagbeni to the plateaus and then more gradually to another ancient town of Jharkot. From Jharkot, it is 45 mints climb to Muktinath. From the altitude of Muktinath, one will be overlooking at Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri Ranges.

Day 5
|
Take a detour to Lubra and back to Jomsom
Lubra is the last Bon village (pre-Buddhist practice). The place is full of legend and history. Also the scenery is beautiful as we first traverse the pasture to come to the ridge closer to Dhaulagiri range. From the point where Panda Valley meets Kali Gandaki,we have to walk back half an hour to Ekli Bhatti.

Day 6

Trek to Tukuche
Today we will trek to Tukuche via Dhumba Lake and Tibetan village, visiting some beautiful monasteries along the way.

Day 7
|
Trek to Larjung village
Today we will trek to Larjung village and explore the Ghhursanbo cave in the higher reaches of Larjung. Enjoy the great scenery and the waterfalls.

Day 8
|
Trek or drive back to Jomsom.
Today after having breakfast we will trek/drive to Jomsom.

Fly to Pokhara.
