Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is a spectacular journey on foot to the South Face of Annapurna I - a pleasant hike through the diverse Nepalese landscape and its culture. Annapurna sanctuary is one of the finest 2 weeks tea house trek in Annapurna region. This trek leads to the fabulous high mountains amphitheater also known as Annapurna base camp. The trekking route passes through many varied climatic condition from sub tropical to alpine. Annapurna Sanctuary located in the north of Pokhara with altitude over 4000 meters is a part of Annapurna Conservation Area. A pleasant hike through the diverse Nepalese landscape, culture and vast awe-inspiring amphitheater surrounded by a multitude of snow packed Himalayan peaks , breathtaking Himalayan vista during the trek can be enjoyed .Also, the sunrise over the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges from Poon Hill can be experienced. Encircled by a colossal ring of Himalayan giants, the Annapurna Sanctuary has been held sacred for centuries. You will experience some of the diverse but equally friendly people and cultures of Nepal. The combination of tiny thatch-roofed villages set among the narrow terraced fields with the backdrop of stunning snow-capped mountain ranges makes it is one of the most picturesque treks in the Himalayas. Passing through the gates of the Annapurna Sanctuary is an astonishing experience that draws trekkers from all corners of the globe. The Annapurna Circuit trail takes you through an ever-changing landscape of rice fields, misty forests, and tiny villages. Spectacular views from rice terrain to glacial moraines and outstanding high mountains can be seen.

Day 1

Arrival
Arrive at the airport and transfer to a hotel.Stay overnight and prepare for the trek.

Day 2
|
Flight or Drive to Pokhara, 25 minutes flight or 6-7 hours drive
Drive to the Domestic Airport to take a 25 minutes flight to Pokhara. Or you can take a Tourist bus to Pokhara about 6-7 hour drive via scenic Prithivi .In the evening, you can go for a boating trip on Phewa Lake on your own or just walk in the famous lake side street and enjoy the dinner with the great view.Stay overnight.

Day 3

Pokhara to Ghandruk (1940m): walking distance 3-4 hours - 10.3 km
A car drive for about 1 and half hour through large village Lumle brings you to Nayapul. After passing a flatland, forest, cultivated lands and a suspension bridge over Khumnu Khola, we arrive at the beautiful village of Ghandruk after 3-4 hrs walking. Stay overnight.

Day 4

Ghandruk Trekking to Chhomrong (2040m): walking distance 4-5 hours
Work down to a bridge over Kyuri Khola at 2010m. The trail starts ascending to Kumrong Danda. Rhododendron forests and fine terraces pass through our trail to the Chhomrong village.Chhomrong is a beautiful village with lots of Lodges providing good faciities.Stay overnight.

Day 5

Chhomrong trekking to Dovan (2540m): walking distance 4-5 hours - 8km
Leaving Chhomrong, the trail descends 150m on a stone staircase and crosses the Chhomrong Khola on a swaying Suspension bridge at 1860m. After climb for an hour, the trail passes Kuldi (2470m). Descend to the village of Dovan. Over night stay at the guest house.

Day 6

Dovan trekking to Machhapuchhare Base Camp (3700m): walking distance 5-6 hours - 8.5 km
The mountain views are stupendous; the panorama includes Hiuchhuli, Annapurna ranges and the ever-changing Machhapuchhare. This area is called the Annapurna sanctuary since it is totally surrounded by mountains. Stay overnight.

Day 7

Machhapuchhare Base Camp Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m): walking distance 2-3 hours - 3 km
The climb to Annapurna Base Camp takes under two hours. The 50km long massif encompasses a whole swathe of spectacular peaks. Here you stand in the sanctuary to feel breathtaking 360 degrees views. Tremendous Annapurna Range stops your heart beat for a while; whole day without rest chill out around to explore ABC.

Day 8

Annapurna Base Camp Trekking to Bamboo (2340m): walking distance 6 hours - 12.7 km
Heading back down the valley is much easier. You will have no problem reaching Bamboo passing through Himalayan Hotel and Dovan. At night you will find yourself in a guest house.

Day 9

Bamboo Trekking to Jhinu Danda (1750m): walking distance 6-7 hours - 8.5 km
Retrace our steps back down to apple-pie country. The trail goes steeply up to the Kuldi Ghar and now the trail is quite flat until you reach Sinuwa. You trek gradually descends to the Chhomrong Khola and you have to follow stone staircase for almost an hour to reach Chhomrong. An hour walk will take you to Jhinu Danda. Stay overnight.

Day 10

Jhinu Hot Spring to Pothana (1990m): walking distance 6-7 hours - 13.5 km
The trail continues on to Landruk, a beautiful Gurung village which provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountain ranges. The trail emerges in the main Modi Khola valley and reaches Tolkha and continues towards Pothana. Stay overnight.

Day 11

Pothana trekking to Pokhara: walking distance 3 hours and 30 minutes drive
Today we will walk along a paved stone trail through Rhododendron forests arriving at Dhampus (1750m). Walk mostly downhill through fields to the forest and on to the Phedi. A 30 min drive from Phedi brings you to Pokhara. We spend a beautiful night in beautiful Pokhara city.

Day 12

Pokhara to Kathmandu, Take a 25 minutes flight or 6/7 hour Drive.
You can take a fight or take a drive to Kathmandu. You can have a very relaxing rest in hotel. Shop for soveneirs .Stay overnight.

Final Departure
Arrive at the airport and check in for final departure.
