The tour is the mixture of beautiful gurung village like Ghalegaun, Bhujung, Pashgaun, of lamjung district and pakhrikot and thumsikhot of kaski district and this tour is specially designed for travelers like researcher, students, backpackers who love to explore the village with traditional life style. The trek starts from Khudi bazaar of Lamjung district. The trail passes all the way through a choice of Gurung settlements of Ghalegaun, Ghanapokhara, Bhujung, Pasgaun, Nagighar and Paharikot. Magnificent views of Annapurna range can be seen throughout the trek The terrain is mild steep and bisected vertically at several places.. Every village on the way has its own Aama Samuha (mother’s group)that is active and dedicated to the development of their villages. They are also active in hospitality, environment protection and cultural programs, conflict managing in the society as well as family and a variety of income generating activities. One week long this Gurung Cultural Trek has been designed for those travelers who are interested to explore isolated cultures of Nepal. In whole trek, the visitors can feel real holidays and witness fascinating panoramic view of mountains. Within the boundary of two beautiful rivers, the area comprises other small river valleys like Khudi river valley, Midim river valley and Rudi river valley which have a number of side tributaries.

Day 1

Upon arrival at Tribhuwan International airport
Arrive at the airport and transfer to a hotel.Stay overnight and prepare for the trek.

Day 2
|
Kathmandu to Besisahar (06 hrs drive)
Transfer to ganabu bus park and drive to besisahar one of the main entrance of famous Annapurna trekking and overnight at lodge .

Day 3
|
Besisahar to Ghalegaun (03 hrs)
Take 3 hrs ride to SAARC No.1 village tourism destination and attend welcome program organaized by mother’s group of Ghalegaun and sightseeing of the surroundings and overnight at community based selected houses on full board basis.

Day 4
|
Ghalegaun to Bhujung (03 hrs)
Early morning walk to view point tower and view of sunrise and snowcapped mountains and back to village and sightseeing of Gurung museum and then take a 3 hrs trek to Bhujung village which is known as village of wild bee honey hunters. On the way sightseeing of historical uttarkanya temple, community based tea garden of ghalegaun and Bhujung village and overnight at lodge.

Day 5

Bhujung to Pashgaun (5 hrs)
After breakfast trek to pashgaun another gurung village which is still untouched by modernity and takes about 5hrs. Overnight at Pashgaun

Day 6
|
Pashguan to Pakrikhot (05 hrs)
After breakfast sightseeing of the village and after lunch trek to pakrikhot on the way view of snowcapped mountains and historical forts and village and overnight at Pakrikot.

Day 7
|
Pakhrikot to Pokhara (03 hrs)
After breakfast hike to thumsikhot and take a drive to pokhara and transfer to hotel and rest of time leisure activities and overnight at hotel .

Day 8
|
Pokhara to Kathmandu (05 hrs)
After breakfast and transfer to tourist bus park and around 06 hrs drive to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel and overnight at hotel.

Final Departure
Arrive at the Airport and check in for departure.
